Cancellations, Missed Appointments, Lateness

We ask that you do your best to arrive for your treatment on time. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may need to reschedule.
Reservations require a valid credit card number.
Cancellations require 24-hour notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in full charge of scheduled services.

Payment and Gratuity

Please note that treatment prices do not include gratuity or New York State service tax.
We proudly use Square and can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Personal checks cannot be accepted.
Gratuity for services is customary (and appreciated!) and usually 15-20% of the treatment’s listed cost.
Prices are subject to change.

Returns

Products/merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Etiquette

Please turn off all cell phones and electronic devices before entering the treatment room.

Jewelry and Valuables

Valuables should be left at home as Body & Soul Restorations cannot be responsible for any items that are lost or stolen.
